Chaga Extract Directions
- Mix 1 gm of Chaga extract powder with water (temperature below 60˚C) per intake 2-4 times a day
before meals on an empty stomach.
- OK to pre-mix 1 day’s worth then take 2-4 times a day before meals, but keep refrigerated.
- Any signs and/or symptoms of unusual reaction, decrease amount of Chaga extract powder or
hold intake of Chaga extract powder then resume accordingly.
- Keep Chaga extract powder refrigerated.
- Green tea is known to eliminate minerals and other active ingredients- intake with time apart from each other.
